About the Awards
Now in its 7th year, the Global Influencer Marketing Awards (GIMAs), hosted by Hello Partner, celebrate the boldest, most creative, and inclusive collaborations that authentically connect brands with their audiences.
This prestigious event shines a spotlight on the campaigns, companies, and people who use creativity and innovation to deliver remarkable results.
In an ever-evolving industry, the GIMAs honour not only groundbreaking campaigns but also the influencer partnerships that drive their success and the dedicated teams behind them.
These awards are truly global, welcoming entries from brands, agencies, creators, and technology providers across the world. Judged by an international panel of industry experts and peers, the GIMAs will determine who takes home gold, silver, and bronze at our ceremony on 17 July 2025 in London.
The awards span the breadth and depth of influencer marketing and the creator economy, and much like the industry, are constantly evolving. This year’s GIMAs will be debuting in 9 new categories:
- Best Brand Awareness Campaign
- Best Multi-Platform Campaign
- Best Use of AI in Influencer Marketing
- Best Entertainment Campaign (Film, TV, Music, Gaming)
- Best Retail & E-Commerce Campaign
- Best Finance & Fintech Campaign
- Creator Collaboration of the Year
- Breakthrough Creator of the Year
- Best Boutique Talent Agency of the Year

After reaching capacity at the Sheraton we moved to a shiny new venue: The Londoner Hotel Ballroom and changed our name to the Global Influencer Marketing Awards to reflect the international nature of the industry. Ogilvy was the big winner of the night, taking home an exceptional 10 Gold awards in total and triumphing in some exciting, brand-new categories.

We were excited to welcome the industry back to the Sheraton Grand Hotel to celebrate effective, creative and inclusive collaborations with our hilarious host Suzi Ruffell. For the first time this year, we presented awards for Best Use of Affiliate Marketing, and Best Long Term Partnership. These new categories were introduced to acknowledge how influencer activations are successfully solidifying themselves under the umbrella of partnership marketing.

Another virtual ceremony due to pesky COVID-19, co-hosted by industry veteran Julia Lineham and our very own Matthew Wood. The Creator Economy grew at pace during the pandemic and as a result we saw a 50% YoY increase in entries – making it a very difficult job for our judges to choose who deserved to take home the gold!

The Influencer Marketing Awards 2020 was due to take place at Sheraton Grand in London, with three-courses, flowing champagne, a comedian host, and everyone in their gladrags. Although there wasn’t the glitz and glam of the physical event (thanks COVID!), we still celebrated in style from the comfort of our own homes with an online-only event.

The first-ever Influencer Marketing Awards went out with a bang, as over 270 people from leading brands, agencies and tech platforms flowed through the doors of Sheraton Grand London Park Lane to celebrate the excellence of the industry’s growth and reward those who are striving to push the industry forward.
Quick-witted, charming and straight-talking comedian Kerry Godliman hosted the evening, bringing plenty of fun and laughter to the table.
