Our Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions in full before submitting entries or making payments online.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are bound by and agree to the relevant Terms and Conditions of Existem Events Ltd (PerformanceIN), the organiser of The Influencer Marketing Awards.

When booking your attendance you will be asked if you wish to be contacted by sponsored parties. Depending on how you reply, sponsored parties may contact you by post or email with information or offers regarding their goods and services.

Flashing Lights

Please note that there will be some strobe effects and flashing lights as part of the awards presentation and associated material. If this might affect you, please contact the Event Manager to discuss your requirements further.

Photography, Recording & Video Taping

During the course of the evening certain parts of the awards may be photographed, recorded and/or video taped. When purchasing your place / table you are also giving permission to be photographed, recorded and/or videotaped. These photography, recording and/or video tapes will be used for public display and/or sale after the event.

The Influencer Marketing Awards may contain strobe lighting effects or sudden loud sound effects.

Food & Beverage

The details regarding the provision of any special dietary requirements and the ordering of wine and other beverages vary according to the venue and will be advised at the time that each event is open for booking. Some special dietary requirements, e.g. Kosher meals, are likely to be subject to an additional charge, which is payable (to the venue) by the table host or ticket holder, as appropriate. Any changes made at the event may be subject to an additional charge, which will be added to your final table bill. PerformanceIN is not responsible for this charge.

Drinking & Personal Effects

The Influencer Marketing Awards accepts no responsibility for the actions of others while under the influence of alcohol served at the event, or for your personal possessions. It is also acknowledged by attendees that it is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.

Health & Safety / Law

As an attendee at The Influencer Marketing Awards you have a duty to maintain health and safety standards for your own and others benefit. Failure to comply with any laws, health & safety and/or restrictions imposed by venue or organisers, may result in immediate removal from the premises without any refund or compensation.

Company Name & Logo

When submitting your entry and/or purchasing your place / table for The Influencer Marketing Awards you are also giving permission to PerformanceIN to use your company name and logo in marketing material. Written notice must be given if you do not consent to PerformanceIN using your company name or logo.

Payment

Invoices for the Awards should be paid by Cheque, BACS or International Transfer. If preferred payment can be made by Visa or Debit Card, Amex is subject to a processing fee of 2.4%.

Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to deadlines, pricing, and entry criteria without prior notice.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS

Once an entry has been submitted it may be withdrawn as per the terms above, however, all entry fees paid are non-refundable.

For table sales or sponsorship please review your contract or contact us.

COMPANY NAME & LOGO

When submitting your entry you are also giving permission to PerformanceIN to use your company name and logo in marketing material.

Written notice must be given via events@performancein.com if you do not consent to PerformanceIN using your company name or logo.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DECLARATION

By submitting your entry you confirm you are the owner of all intellectual rights in your entry or have all necessary consents from all other owner (s) of intellectual rights.

PRIVACY POLICY

By submitting your entry you acknowledge you have read and agreed to our privacy policy.

Our brands and partners would like to stay in touch to let you know about events, information and opportunities, which we hope will help you in your work.  We believe we can demonstrate a legitimate interest in using your details for these messages, but if you do not wish to receive these messages, please email us to opt-out via hello@performancein.com

WINNER COLLATERAL

Please be aware that we can deliver certificates and trophies to one address only. If you do not supply an address to the Event Manager when requested after the ceremony, these will be delivered to the address given at the point of entry.

PAYMENT

Invoices for the Awards should be paid online with a debit or credit card. If preferred, payment can be made via invoice and BACS and you are able to select this option via the portal. Amex is subject to an admin fee of 2.4%. If payment is not made prior to the judging day your entry will be excluded and disqualified.

WITHDRAWING AN ENTRY

You may withdraw an entry up to 2 weeks prior to the ceremony. Any entry fees paid are non-refundable.
