Initially recruited by Cadbury Schweppes in the 90’s, Randall’s marketing and PR career expands over 20 years across a number of Salon Professional and FMCG companies, where he has led brand building strategies for iconic brands such as Wella Professionals, OPI, Sassoon, Clairol, System Professional, and billion-dollar-in-sales brands including Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Tide, Gain and Downy.
Randall has held positions at Global HQ, Regional and Local market levels and his experience extends across multiple geographies including Latin America, North America and Europe. Creative and inquisitive, he believes that the power of analytics and seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams gets the job done.
Randall spent 17 years of his career at Procter & Gamble and in October 2016 was appointed Vice President of Influencer Marketing Coty Professional Beauty where he’s led the transition from traditional PR into digital-first earned, owned and paid social media strategies for Coty’s full portfolio of salon professional brands.
An avid cyclist and outdoor sports junkie, Randall is always up for a good chat and a cup of coffee - especially if it’s from Costa Rica, his beloved home country.
