The Influencer Marketing Awards refund procedure operates on a cancellation for the table or seat bookings, with an additional cancellation charge of 20%. Cancellation requests must be completed in writing no later than 8 weeks prior to the event date.
After this, refunds cannot be supplied. All refunds must be made within 4 weeks after the event has closed.
