The Challenge

Intersport needed to stand out in a crowded sports retail market and drive measurable sales among a digitally savvy 25 to 40 year old audience, competing against agile new digital players while demonstrating relevance beyond product and price.

The Strategy

The team identified running as the cultural sweet spot: no longer a niche activity, it was becoming social, emotional, and mainstream. Find Your Best Run positioned Intersport not just as a retailer but as a meaningful part of the running journey, offering both motivation and guidance. Twenty-one influencers, from professional athletes to relatable amateurs, were brought together to bring the campaign to life across Instagram Reels, Stories, and Intersport's own channels.

The Work

The campaign combined always-on influencer activity with two content-led concepts: Find Your Best Run, showcasing the joy and community behind running, and Zero to Hero, offering technique, gear advice, and mindset coaching. The blend of professional and amateur voices ensured the campaign felt genuinely inclusive, while platform-native storytelling and seamless brand integration kept the content engaging throughout.

Results

The campaign delivered a 31% actual purchase uplift among exposed audiences, an 88% average view rate, over 10 million views, and nearly 13,000 interactions.
