Insanity

The Challenge
Traditional talent management models frequently prioritise short-term transactional bookings over long-term career development, creating a need for an agency model that balances commercial scale with creator well-being and ethical business practices.
The Strategy
Built on a people-first philosophy, Insanity focused on connecting talent, audiences, and brands through authentic, long-term partnerships. As the first UK talent management company to achieve B Corp certification, the agency centred its strategy on accountability, transparency, and multi-platform career trajectory planning.
Execution and Innovation
Operating with a team of 70 colleagues representing over 150 clients — including Maya Jama, Sam Thompson, and Zara McDermott — Insanity facilitated global activations with major brands such as Samsung, L’Oréal, and SharkNinja. The agency actively supported talent in building multi-faceted careers spanning television, podcasting, and digital channels.
Results
Insanity expanded into a leading B Corp-certified entertainment firm, maintaining high client retention and delivering scalable commercial and cultural impact across media channels.
Judges' Verdict
