Sixteenth

The Challenge
Traditional talent management often treated digital creators as transactional assets with short-lived visibility, leaving creators undervalued despite their cultural impact and lacking the infrastructure needed to build long-term, multi-industry careers.
The Strategy
Sixteenth set out to redefine talent representation by focusing on "good influence" creators who bring genuine value to audiences. The strategy aimed to shift creators from merely influencing culture to actively shaping it, providing the structural support needed to build sustainable, long-term commercial enterprises beyond initial viral fame.
Execution and Innovation
Evolving from its origins in fitness into a full-service agency, Sixteenth expanded its representation across business, lifestyle, gaming, parenting, education, and beauty. In 2025, the agency was acquired by Whalar Group, merging Whalar Talent and Sixteenth US to create a unified global creator management business that prioritises creator wellbeing alongside commercial scaling.
Results
The agency established a unified global management ecosystem that successfully expanded creators into new industries, generated long-term commercial value, and set a new standard for sustainable, creator-first career development.
Judges' Verdict
"Sixteenth demonstrates exactly what leading creator management businesses should aspire to achieve: building sustainable careers, expanding creators into new industries, creating long-term commercial value and prioritising wellbeing alongside growth."
