At the end of last year, Tom founded Good Roots; a company dedicated to building transformative partnerships between celebrities, influencers, brands, and causes that align with their values. Good Roots creates authentic, long-term collaborations that drive meaningful social impact, from raising much-needed funds to changing laws and legislation.
Tom spent over a decade in the charity sector, developing and implementing celebrity and influencer strategies for national and international organisations and managing high-profile relationships with globally recognised individuals.
