Emily Davis is known as a strong cross-functional senior lead, always focussing on business objectives while delivering compelling campaigns. As Brand & Digital Communications Director for Wella’s professional hair & nail brands (including OPI, Wella Professionals and Nioxin) Emily has been leading the transition from a traditional communications model to digital first, dual consumer and professional marketing across owned and earned. Emily has a broad scope including social media, PR, influencer marketing, corporate communications and creative content. Before joining Wella 3 ½ years ago, Emily was working in the world of fashion, leading social media and influencer marketing at Ted Baker and Jack Wills. Emily lives in London with her husband, and outside of work can usually be found travelling, trying out new restaurants or indulging in some reality TV (a guilty pleasure!).
