Paddy Power used its newly acquired sponsorship of Huddersfield Town FC to shine a light on the issues around brands shirt sponsorships and hand the shirts back to fans through the “Save our Shirt” campaign. The three-stage activation generated over one billion impressions during its launch week and an estimated £1.5 million in media value to date. By seeding the conversation in the right communities, in the right way, at the right time, the Save our Shirt movement became a universal football conversation.
