Jemma is a strategic and creative marketing leader with a track record of driving results through innovative, high impact campaigns that drive cultural impact and consumer engagement. Over the past 12 years at Aldi, she has played a pivotal role in shaping Aldi’s brand strategy, driving its digital and social media presence and spearheading brand partnerships – including Team GB. Jemma’s team and agencies have delivered groundbreaking marketing initiatives, including the nations favourite Christmas campaign – Kevin the Carrot – as well as Like Brands, Olympic & Paralympic campaigns, and Can’t Match This.
After spending a few years leading the rollout of global digital transformation projects, Jemma returned to the UK Marketing team as Marketing Director at the end of 2022, where she continues to shape strategic direction, multi-channel storytelling and brand partnerships. Earlier in her career, she built her expertise agency-side at Mediacom and Cogent Elliott, leading integrated teams across national and global clients.
With an understanding of how creators, communities, and brands intersect, Jemma brings a unique perspective in evaluating campaigns that blend creativity with commercial success in an ever-evolving landscape.
