Over the past decade, Laura has worked across DTC, fashion, beauty, and wellness, leading
global teams and shaping growth, brand, social and influencer strategies for some of the world’s
most exciting brands.
She currently leads Global Partnerships at Wild, overseeing Influencer, Affiliate, B2B Partnerships,
Offline Marketing, and TikTok Shop, all driving a significant share of the company’s revenue. Before
that, Laura was a General Manager at THG Society, where she built and scaled a global influencer agency
and tech platform, managing a £27M influencer budget and driving major commercial success. Laura
also had the chance to lead global celebrity initiatives for Tommy Hilfiger, working with Zendaya,
Gigi Hadid and Lewis Hamilton as well as events such as the MET Gala and major Fashion Weeks.
