Jim has led global campaigns, scaled high-performing teams, and delivered measurable growth for some of the world’s most recognisable brands, earning a reputation for both creative insight and commercial precision.
Now Director of DTC Ventures at YMU, Jim partners with talent to turn influence into sustainable, scalable businesses—helping launch and grow ventures with household names like Stacey Solomon, Simon Cowell, Fearne Cotton, and Tom Daley. With experience that spans boardrooms, shoot days, and factory floors, Jim brings a 360° perspective to brand building.
