Judging Process

The awards are evaluated by an independent, internationally diverse panel of judges, meticulously selected and vetted to guarantee impartiality and prevent any conflicts of interest.

To uphold the integrity of the process, all judges are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure confidentiality throughout the judging process.

Our panel will consist of approximately 40 esteemed international judges, carefully selected to represent a diverse range of notable industry expertise from around the globe.

Judges will assess entries based on a set of clear criteria, which you can download in advance to understand how submissions will be evaluated.

Following the initial scoring, all judges participate in a dedicated judging day where scores are reviewed, and decisions are made transparently through open discussions with their peers. This collaborative process ensures fairness, with Bronze, Silver, and Gold winners ultimately confirmed.

Each judge is assigned to evaluate 3–4 categories to maintain focus and integrity. Judges do not have access to other categories or entries and, like you, will discover the winners during the ceremony.

Judge Considerations

In addition to individual category criteria, judges will consider the following overarching factors when scoring your entries:

  • How unique is the activity?
  • How innovative is the activity?
  • How creative is the execution?
  • How did teams work together?
  • Does the entry push our industry boundaries?

Rules of Entry

  • Entrants must confirm that they have adhered to relevant regulatory and legal guidelines for influencer marketing in the regions where the campaign was executed. • Submissions must be made by the ‘Last Chance’ deadline to qualify
  • Entries may be withdrawn from the process a maximum of one week after the shortlist.
  • Use of illegal media or practices within submissions will lead to disqualification
  • Judges reserve the right to re-allocate entries into another category
  • Due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee feedback on entries
  • The work has been carried out within the activity period defined in the entry kit
  • The judge’s decision is final

Commercial Confidence

We understand that your entries may contain sensitive information, and we want to reassure you that all judges sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the start of the process. This ensures your data remains protected. Additionally, judges are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest to maintain a fair and unbiased judging process while safeguarding your information.

Please note that the Executive Summary of each entry is not limited to judges’ review. If your entry wins, this summary may be used by our content team to create an article highlighting your achievement.

Should you need to withdraw an entry, you may do so, however, we regret that refunds cannot be issued.
