Neika Colbourne is the VP of Creator Partnerships and Experiential at BFA (Beauty For All) Industries, a beauty innovation platform that is home to the largest beauty subscription brands in the world, IPSY and BoxyCharm, as well as brand incubator Madeby Collective, and personal care essentials brand, Refreshments. Neika has spent her entire career working with talent across sports, entertainment, lifestyle and beauty, and is responsible for the creator strategy across all BFA brands. She has worked on both the agency and brand side and has a deep understanding of the intricacies of working with and managing talent. Neika is the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions including Glossy 50 Beauty Innovators in 2019 for her impact on beauty. She earned her BA from Duke University and her JD degree from the University of Miami, School of Law, and resides in NYC.
