Emma Shuldham is the Managing Director at ITB Worldwide – a talent and influencer marketing agency that is informed by culture, powered by data and built on human insight.
Through almost a decade at ITB and another 10 years prior in the wider entertainment industry, Emma has developed a specialism in connecting brands with culture through the power of influence. In her early career this meant brokering complex equity, royalty and endorsement-based brand deals and negotiating corporate sponsorship, and as she built out the talent + influence team at ITB, this evolved to procuring advocates, ambassadors and creatives of all types, placing her firmly as a pioneer in the world of influencer marketing.
In all she does, Emma is inspired to create work which drives purpose, passion and results. This has led to career and culture-defining moments including spreading awareness for brands like H&M, Pandora and MilkPep everywhere from iconic billboards in Times Square to next generation social platforms like TikTok, and using influence to drive change such as the UN’s #TakeYourSeat campaign to petition for action against global warming (a Gold Lion winner) and Operation Black Vote to drive youth voter registration in the UK.
