2026 Gold Winner
The Good Influence. Building brands people believe in.

The Challenge
The boutique agency needed to establish a differentiated position in a competitive market, proving that strong commercial results for client partners like Holland & Barrett, Weleda, and Sudocrem could be delivered through genuine workforce inclusivity, strategic rigour, and transparent campaign measurement.
The Strategy
Founded on the philosophy that credible, valuable, and consistent social marketing builds long-term consumer belief, the 25-strong agency structured its model around converting authentic creator relationships into business performance. The strategy integrated five core disciplines: brand strategy, design, creator advocacy, social, and performance media.
Execution and Innovation
The Good Influence embedded cultural nuance into its structure through anonymous candidate screening, building a team with 50 per cent female and non-white leadership. To maintain strategic consistency, the agency unified its entire service output through its proprietary tgiOS measurement framework.
Results
This coherent operational model drove exceptional commercial growth and allowed the agency to consistently outperform for major brand partners, proving the commercial efficacy of an ethics-first, highly disciplined boutique agency model.
