Rules of Entry

Rules of Entry

The Global Influencer Marketing Awards are committed to fairness, independence and transparency.

These Rules of Entry protect entrants, support an impartial judging process and uphold the reputation of the programme.

Please review them before submitting your entry.

1. Eligibility

Entries must relate to work that was live within the stated eligibility period.

The work must have been commercially active or have demonstrated measurable impact during that time.

Entrants must have authority from the brand or client to submit the work. Agency submissions assume client approval.

A separate fee applies per category entered.

2. Submission Requirements

All entries must be submitted via the official entry platform and completed in full.

Supporting materials must be accessible and functional at the time of judging. GIMA is not responsible for broken or inaccessible files.

3. Accuracy & Performance Claims

All information submitted must be truthful and capable of substantiation if requested.

Results must reflect actual performance achieved within the eligibility period and must not rely solely on projected, modelled or forecast outcomes.

GIMA reserves the right to request evidence supporting commercial or performance claims.

4. Compliance & Ethical Standards

Entries must comply with applicable advertising, marketing and disclosure regulations in the regions where the work ran, including paid partnership transparency requirements.

Work that promotes harmful, discriminatory or unethical practices may be disqualified.

GIMA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is unlawful, misleading or risks bringing the awards into disrepute.

5. AI Disclosure

Entrants must disclose where artificial intelligence tools materially contributed to the development, execution or measurement of the campaign.

Human oversight and accountability must be evident.

6. Rights & Permissions

Entrants confirm they hold all necessary rights and permissions for submitted materials.

By entering, you grant GIMA a non-exclusive right to publish and use submitted materials for judging, shortlist announcements, marketing and ceremony production.

GIMA may edit materials for clarity or formatting prior to publication.

7. Entry Fees & Deadlines

Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted.

Entries will not be judged unless payment has been received in full prior to judging.

All deadlines close at 23:59 GMT/UK time on the published date. Submissions are time-stamped automatically and entries received after this time will move to the next applicable pricing tier.

We encourage entrants across all regions to submit in advance of the deadline to avoid time zone confusion.

All fees are exclusive of VAT.

8. Judging

The judging panel is independently curated to ensure seniority, expertise and balanced regional representation.

Judges declare conflicts of interest and will not score entries where a conflict exists.

Judges may re-categorise entries where appropriate.

Awards are granted at the judges’ discretion and only where the required standard is met.

All decisions are final. Feedback is not guaranteed.

9. Withdrawal & Revocation

Entries may be withdrawn up to one week after the shortlist announcement upon written request. Entry fees remain non-refundable.

GIMA reserves the right to disqualify entries or revoke awards if material misrepresentation or misconduct is identified.

10. Acceptance

Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Rules of Entry.

We look forward to recognising your work. If you have any questions regarding the rules of entry please do reach out to us.
