Entries are open to all in the influencer marketing/ content ecosystem who can showcase their work and value they provide for brands and the industry from across the world. This includes Agencies, Brands (Advertisers), Publishers, Influencers, Content Creators, Technology companies etc.

You must be able to provide evidence that the work has been carried out within the 12 month period leading up to the entry deadline of 27.11.19.

Earlybird entries must be received by 20.11.19 to be eligible for the discounted fee. The final deadline is 27.11.19.

Earlybird entry deadline is 20.11.19 at midnight GMT. Final entry deadline is 27.11.19 at midnight GMT.

You may pay the entry fee online with a debit or credit card (preferred) or by invoice on request, email VAT of 20% will be added.

Entries must follow these rules:

  • All submissions must be submitted online
  • We must receive submissions before the final deadline to qualify
  • Entries must be no longer than 2 pages
  • Font size must be size 8 point or larger
  • To enter the People and Agency Awards, companies must have submitted entries for one or more categories in either the Vertical, Technology or Campaigns & Techniques award sectors
  • Use of illegal media or practises within submissions will lead to disqualification
  • If deemed appropriate, judges reserve the right to re-allocate entries into another category
  • Due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee feedback on entries
  • Entrants accept that information which is not marked ‘Judges Eyes Only’ has the right to be published before or after the ceremony
  • The judge's decision are final
  • You must be able to provide evidence that the work has been carried out within the 12 month period leading up to the final entry deadline of 27.11.19.

Entry templates are supplied for ease in the entry kit. Please follow the criteria set out in the template, as that is what the judges will score your entry on. You may design your own template however please ensure the exact headings included in the entry template are used.

If designing your own template, please ensure you still use the design of the cover page we provide with the templates. This is essential for the judging process.

Yes, you can submit entries into as many categories which you find appropriate. If you enter the same campaign into multiple categories, please consult the entry criteria to tailor it. Additionally, you can submit multiple entries into a single category.

Entries can be withdrawn until 27.11.19 and up until this date will receive a full refund. From this date, entries will be able to withdrawn until the 28.01.20, but the entry fee will be non-refundable.

After the final entry deadline, every submission will be passed to our judges and will be marked according to a set criteria. We will then combine the scores of the judges before a judging day where the panel will make their final decision. Scores are then added to formulate the winners of Bronze, Silver and Gold.

The Influencer Marketing Awards is a ticketed event. You are not required to purchase a table or seat in order to enter the awards. If you would like to attend the event, however, you will need to buy a seat or table. You can do this via our website or by contacting our sales team. Guests will need to provide photo ID to ensure it matches the name on the guest list.

Tables and individual seats can be booked online on this website with a credit or debit card. Guests are seated on a first come, first served basis with priority given to sponsors. Speak to Chris in our sales team today about your booking: or +44 117 990 2930.

Category sponsorship ensures maximum brand exposure on our website and social channels in advance of the event as well as on the night itself, you'll also feature on the shortlist page, and on the winner’s page for 12 months post-event. The Influencer Marketing Awards refund procedure operates on a cancellation for the table or seat bookings, with an additional cancellation charge of 20%. Cancellation requests must be completed in writing no later than 8 weeks prior to the event date.

After this, refunds cannot be supplied. All refunds must be made within 4 weeks after the event has closed.

The winners will be announced during our awards ceremony in London in March 2020.
