Frequently Asked Questions

We welcome entries from around the world. Entries are open to anyone in the influencer marketing/content ecosystem who can demonstrate that they add value to brands or the ecosystem itself. This includes Agencies, Brands (Advertisers), Publishers, Influencers, Content Creators, Technology companies etc.

The bulk of the work must have been carried out in the 12 months leading up to the entry deadline of 18 January 2019.

Earlybird entries must be received by 11 January to be eligible for the discounted fee. The final deadline will be 18 January 2019.

Earlybird entry fee: £250 + VAT
Rising Star fee: £150 + VAT
Late entry fee: £350 + VAT
Late rising star fee: £250 + VAT

Earlybird entry deadline is 11 January 2019. Final entry deadline is 18 January 2019.

You may pay the entry fee online with a debit or credit card (preferred) or by invoice on request, email sales@performancein.com VAT of 20% will be added.

Entries must adhere to the following rules:

  • All submissions must be submitted online
  • Submissions must be received by the final deadline to qualify
  • Entries that go beyond two pages of A4 will be disqualified
  • Do not use a font size smaller than 8 point
  • Entries that include the use of illegal media or practices will be disqualified
  • Judges reserve the right to re-allocate entries into another category if deemed appropriate
  • We are unable to offer feedback on specific entries
  • Entrants accept that any information provided that has not been marked ‘Judges Eyes Only’ may be published during or after the awards ceremony
  • The judges' decisions are final

Entry templates are supplied for ease in the entry kit. Please follow the criteria set out in the template, as that is what the judges will score your entry on. You may design your own template however please ensure the exact headings included in the entry template are used.

Yes, you can enter as many categories as you deem relevant. If you wish to enter the same entry into multiple categories please tailor it to the entry criteria. Multiple entries can also be submitted into a single category.

Yes. Entries can be withdrawn up until 19 February 2019 and up until that point will be eligible for a full refund. Past that date entries will be able to be withdrawn but the entry fee will be non-refundable.

After the entry deadline entries will be collated and passed to judges to score based on the criteria set out in the individual category judging criteria. We will combine the scores of judges before a judging day in London. Judges based overseas join by Skype. Scores are challenged when appropriate and a Bronze, Silver and Gold award will be allocated.

Yes, the Influencer Marketing Awards is a ticketed event. A ticket will be posted or emailed to the table host the week before the event. These will be checked by security on the door.

A ticket includes access to the awards, champagne reception, 3 course dinner, ½ bottle of wine per person, coffee & petit fours, outstanding networking and entertainment.

Tables and individual seats can be booked online on this website with a credit or debit card. Our inaugural ceremony will be limited to 400 guests, therefore secure your seats early to avoid disappointment as we expect to sell out.

A table of 10 costs £2795 + VAT until 21 February 2019 and £3195 + VAT from 22 February 2019. All bookings are made online and can be paid via invoice or debit / credit card. Alternatively you can pay direct with our sales team on +44 117 990 2930.

Yes, individual tickets are available for £295 + VAT until 21 February 2019 and £345 + VAT from 22 February 2019. Please note: Tables of 10 will be made up from other individual bookings.

The Influencer Marketing Awards ceremony will be a black-tie event.

The Influencer Marketing Awards operates a refund and cancellation policy for table and seat bookings minus a cancellation charge of 20%. All requests must be made in writing no later than the 26 January 2019.

After 26 January 2019 no refunds will be given.

Please note: Any refund requests received after this deadline will not be honoured. All refunds will be made within 4 weeks after the event has closed.

The winners will be revealed at an exclusive awards ceremony at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in London on 26 March 2019.
